Love seeing departments getting off the rig ready to go to work. CAF/foam suppression agent choice was great - high hydrocarbon content fire with exposures - phenomenal knock-down. Some gentle suggestions for future consideration: 1) toss some chocks on the ground at vehicle fires - the internet is full or examples where this is forgotten with catastrophic consequences; 2) put your first 50' in the preconnect as a horseshoe style lay and carry it in the crook of your arm instead of on your shoulder - this will help lower the chances of the hose getting caught on SCBA/helmets/collars and you can quickly set it down in coils instead of a knot, 3) always a great move to put the rig in a "fend-off" position which blocks traffic, but on a rural street like this, angling the truck in the opposite direction would have given the engineer/chauffeur better scene visibility, 4) punching the corner of the hood with the awl of a halogen and then folding it back to gain access to the engine compartment is usually safer and easier than running the K-12 (or consider a 9" battery operated cut-off saw like those from Milwaukee as they're compact, start every time, and much easier to use for opening hoods and similar jobs). We don't tend to think about this "little things" - myself included - until they're a sort of muscle memory, but they'll make your vehicle fire scene safer if you practice them and talk through how these or similar things can add up to help make sure everyone goes home.
